- Lead end-to-end technology projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Strong understanding of insurance industry operations and technology trends
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation
- Certifications in project management (PMP) or IT service management (ITIL) preferred
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
