Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects within the Business Technology Solutions division, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the technical requirements analysis and architecture design for commercial insurance products and internal systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and cost efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security protocols to maintain business continuity.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for IT operations and projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, technical consulting, or a similar role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and high-quality technical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
