Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience in technology management within insurance/financial services
- Expertise in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and insurance-specific technologies
- Proven track record leading complex digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of insurance business models and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced project management skills (Agile/Scrum certifications)
