Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and support the implementation of business technology solutions tailored to insurance operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and translate business needs into actionable IT projects.
- Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% operational uptime.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to manage project lifecycles and delivery timelines.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance (QA), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new software deployments.
- Analyze data workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and end-users.
- Ensure all technical documentation remains compliant with company governance and industry security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or technical consultancy within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and system integration practices.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and exposure to insurance core systems is highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
