Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of core business technology solutions.
- Lead system integration projects to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency across platforms.
- Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, and ensure high availability of business applications.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure technical deliverables align with organizational standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to implement security protocols and compliance standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical project management or business analysis within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end software development lifecycles (SDLC) and system implementations.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and enterprise architecture concepts.
- Experience in API integrations, cloud environments, and digital insurance ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technology optimization.
