Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of business technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the performance of external technology service providers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure high availability of critical insurance software platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal business processes through automation and system integration.
- Facilitate communication between non-technical stakeholders and IT engineering departments.
- Manage system documentation, ensuring all technical assets are updated and adhere to internal security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of the insurance domain or financial services industry architecture.
- Proven ability to manage technical vendors and offshore development teams.
- Proficiency in system design, database management, and enterprise software implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
