Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion
- Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure system reliability and security
- Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee technology procurement processes
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance technical capabilities
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical management or IT leadership
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems development, and project management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead teams
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
