We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Technical Manager / Senior Executive to join our Business Technology Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation agenda, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage critical IT projects, and ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions that enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage business technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with MSIG’s strategic objectives and digital roadmap.
- Oversee IT operations and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of core systems.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define technical requirements, design solutions, and drive project delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and cost-effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain IT governance frameworks, including risk management, compliance, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to drive business value and cost efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT project management, business technology solutions, or a related role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
