Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Lead and manage IT project life cycles, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of system enhancements and new solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement system integrations and API solutions to streamline internal workflows.
- Provide technical leadership, oversight, and Tier 3 support for core insurance platforms and business application suites.
- Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring performance aligns with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Enforce compliance with IT governance, corporate security standards, and local regulatory requirements (such as MAS guidelines).
- Create and maintain high-quality system documentation, technical architectures, and end-user training guides.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in system analysis, software engineering, or technical project management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong experience with SQL databases, system integration models (REST, SOAP APIs), and modern software development lifecycles (SDLC/Agile).
- Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
