Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or technical leadership roles

- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
