Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications for development teams.
- Manage end-to-end technology projects, ensuring milestones are met within time and budget constraints.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for core business applications and systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and technical workflow charts.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and participate in post-implementation reviews to drive system improvements.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, technical project management, or systems administration.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between non-technical stakeholders and technical developers.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and cloud-based business platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
