Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications for development teams.
  • Manage end-to-end technology projects, ensuring milestones are met within time and budget constraints.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for core business applications and systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and technical workflow charts.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and participate in post-implementation reviews to drive system improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, technical project management, or systems administration.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between non-technical stakeholders and technical developers.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and cloud-based business platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
