Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business technology solutions projects from conception to implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Oversee system integrations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives across insurance platforms
- Manage vendor relationships and technical resources to ensure project timelines and quality standards
- Develop and maintain technology governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement continuous improvement
- Prepare regular progress reports and executive summaries for leadership stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business technology solutions with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and IT frameworks
- Strong understanding of insurance industry technology ecosystems and regulatory requirements
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, Prince2) or equivalent professional qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
