Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical consultations to clients to identify product solutions aligned with their operational needs
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and training sessions for key accounts
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions that meet customer specifications
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations with clear value propositions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular technical follow-ups
- Support the Technical Sales Manager in developing regional sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, customer support, or product engineering
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex industrial products
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes or industrial machinery preferred
