PSA Marine, a leading maritime services provider in Singapore, is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Technical Superintendent to join our shore-based technical team. As an Assistant Technical Superintendent, you will play a key role in ensuring the technical readiness and compliance of our fleet. You will support the Technical Superintendent in overseeing vessel maintenance, repairs, and dry docking activities, working closely with shipboard crews, shipyards, and classification societies. This role offers valuable exposure to the full scope of technical management, from budget planning and spares procurement to regulatory audits and performance optimization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Technical Superintendent in monitoring and maintaining the technical condition of assigned vessels
- Coordinate and supervise dry docking, repairs, and routine maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with classification society rules, flag state regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare technical specifications, reports, and budgets for vessel projects
- Support procurement of spare parts, stores, and technical services
- Liaise with shipboard engineers, shipyards, and external contractors during repairs and inspections
- Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate technical records and documentation for the fleet
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related discipline
- Valid COC (Certificate of Competency) as Marine Engineer Officer (Class 1 or Class 2 preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of sea-going experience as an engineer officer, with exposure to senior engine room roles
- Strong knowledge of shipboard systems, maintenance practices, and dry docking procedures
- Familiarity with SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, and other international maritime regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vessel management software
