Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor vessel compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards
- Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance schedules for assigned vessels
- Review technical reports and ensure proper documentation of all vessel activities
- Coordinate with ship crews to address technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Assist in budget preparation for vessel maintenance and repair projects
- Monitor vessel performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Liaise with class societies, flag administrations, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ship management or maritime operations
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in maritime software and technical documentation systems
- Certification in relevant maritime safety courses is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
