Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the installation, configuration, and commissioning of company systems and hardware.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct pre-installation site surveys to assess requirements and identify potential technical constraints.
- Manage post-installation documentation, including service reports and client sign-off records.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure smooth operational handover.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and project managers to meet strict project timelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and tools for field service requirements.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and company standard operating procedures during all field activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical discipline.
- Prior experience in technical support, field engineering, or hardware installation preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and manuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
- Able to handle physical tasks associated with system installation and maintenance.
