Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and IT systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to network systems, computer hardware, and electrical components.
- Conduct safety checks and risk assessments before and during maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify root causes of system failures and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of repair logs, inventory, and technical documentation.
- Respond promptly to service requests and provide technical support to internal users or clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience or internship in a technical support, maintenance, or engineering role is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of network protocols, computer hardware, and electrical safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks when required.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
