Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze complex project requirements, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, including scope of work, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to obtain competitive material quotes and verify supplier pricing.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure bid compliance and project feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to clarify technical design queries and incorporate them into bids.
- Maintain an organized database of tender submissions, revisions, and historical project data.
- Assist in post-tender follow-ups and feedback analysis to refine future bidding strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tender, project coordination, or quantity surveying within the engineering/construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and cost modeling.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with high attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
