In this role, you will act as the right hand to our Director, ensuring the seamless execution of daily diving operations. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between field operations and office administration, ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of safety and hospitality. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Director of Diving Operations with daily logistical coordination and scheduling of dive trips.
- Manage administrative workflows, including data entry, inventory tracking, and client documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Coordinate with equipment technicians and dive guides to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure all dive documentation complies with industry standards.
- Support the planning of staff rotations and vessel maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and operational updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the tourism or diving industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic digital collaboration tools.
- Passion for the marine environment and a strong understanding of diving safety basics is highly desirable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in hospitality or administration is a plus.
