Private Advertiser is currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Assistant Tutors to join our educational team in Petaling Jaya. As an Assistant Tutor, you will play a crucial role in assisting lead educators with daily lesson plans, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead tutors in preparing and delivering engaging educational content.
- Provide personalized support to students to enhance their learning outcomes.
- Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback to students to track progress.
- Organize and manage classroom materials, resources, and study aids.
- Monitor student performance and communicate updates to parents or guardians.
- Create interactive practice exercises and supplementary learning materials.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to improve curriculum effectiveness and lesson delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, relevant subject area, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and paces.
- Patient, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor towards teaching.
- Previous experience in tutoring, coaching, or classroom assistance is a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet student needs and curriculum requirements.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin) is highly desirable.
