Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily venue operations including staffing, inventory management, and maintenance
- Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Manage venue budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote events and special offerings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Analyze operational metrics to improve venue performance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality venue management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of venue operations, inventory systems, and POS software
- Customer service oriented with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic understanding of Indonesian hospitality regulations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
