Join our dynamic team as Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Planning & Cost Management for Engineering, where you'll drive strategic financial oversight and operational excellence for complex engineering projects. This senior leadership role demands expertise in project lifecycle management, budget optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll spearhead the development of integrated project plans, conduct rigorous cost forecasting, and implement robust control systems to ensure projects meet financial and timeline targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for engineering initiatives
- Develop, monitor, and optimize project budgets with 95%+ accuracy
- Implement cost control systems and variance analysis frameworks
- Coordinate with engineering teams to align financial planning with technical requirements
- Generate executive-level reports on project financial health and risk mitigation
- Drive continuous improvement in planning methodologies and cost management tools
- Manage stakeholder communications regarding financial forecasts and project milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in project planning, cost management, or engineering controls
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and ERP systems
- Certifications in PMP, CMA, or Cost Engineering (CCE) highly advantageous
- Expertise in budget forecasting, risk assessment, and change order management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
