Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic technology roadmap and digital innovation initiatives for Cross Border and Warehouse operations.
- Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering and technology team to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data integrity across all logistics systems and platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep Singapore Post at the forefront of logistics innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA or relevant Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of global logistics systems, warehouse management, and cross-border trade compliance.
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation and implementing AI/ML technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
