Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily, monthly, and quarterly financial accounting and reporting functions for a portfolio of complex investment funds.
- Lead and mentor a team of fund accountants, fostering a culture of professional growth, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of net asset value (NAV) calculations, financial statements, and performance metrics in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for internal stakeholders and external client queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Drive process improvements and implement automated solutions to enhance the efficiency and scalability of fund accounting operations.
- Ensure full compliance with global regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client-specific investment guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investor relations, tax, and legal, to ensure seamless fund administration services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA designation is highly preferred.
- 7-10+ years of experience in Fund Accounting, Hedge Fund Administration, or Private Equity services.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and various fund structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with major fund accounting software (e.g., Geneva, Investran).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global clients and senior leadership.
