  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Inside Sales division, ensuring alignment with corporate revenue goals.
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on consultative selling.
  • Lead the design and implementation of sales processes, methodologies, and technology stack to optimize efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Own the full sales forecasting cycle, providing accurate and timely predictions to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead generation strategies, ensuring a healthy and high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving data-informed decisions across the team.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development of the inside sales team.
  • Manage budget, compensation plans, and incentive structures to attract and retain top sales talent.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience. An MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, AVP, or VP).
  • Proven track record of leading geographically dispersed remote teams of 50+ headcount.
  • Deep expertise in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing a P&L and developing sales budgets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in the BPO, IT Services, or Financial Services industry is a distinct advantage.
