Synchrony is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Assistant Vice President, Inside Sales Practice Development/Enrollment Director. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the SVP of Operations while maintaining a dotted line to the VP of Inside Sales. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our sales strategy from a remote-first perspective, driving high-impact enrollment initiatives that directly contribute to the company's growth objectives. You will be at the helm of developing and implementing cutting-edge sales practices, ensuring our team delivers exceptional customer experiences while meeting aggressive revenue targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic development and execution of inside sales practice models to maximize enrollment efficiency and revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze complex sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to upskill the sales force and enhance product knowledge.
- Oversee the end-to-end enrollment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and frictionless experience for all clients.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Inside Sales, BPO, or Financial Services, with at least 5+ years managing direct reports.
- Strong strategic mindset with a demonstrated track record of driving practice development and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced data analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and exceptional time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
