Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial products.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from concept development to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Craft compelling marketing copy and collateral that aligns with brand guidelines and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and digital teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Optimize marketing materials and digital channels to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Mentor junior marketing team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, campaign management, or a related role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance and banking sector, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable for this role.
