Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Villa Manager in daily operations, maintenance, and guest services
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and landscaping teams
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures and special requests
- Coordinate staff schedules and performance evaluations
- Handle inventory management and procurement of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues promptly
- Prepare operational reports and budget tracking
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in villa/hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Balinese tourism regulations
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with PMS systems and booking platforms
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
