- Supervise and coordinate warehouse team activities to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee inventory management including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and compliance standards
- Analyze operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments for seamless logistics flow
- Prepare and submit inventory and performance reports
- Ensure proper documentation of warehouse transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift operation certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
