In this critical role, you will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance required in pharmaceutical storage. You will play a pivotal part in optimizing our supply chain workflows, managing team performance, and ensuring that our distribution processes are seamless and reliable.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock takes and cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and other pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
