Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient product flow
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer requirements
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance on operational procedures
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
