Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts with accuracy
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics management experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
