Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize loss.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with transportation and supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Optimize warehouse layout and procedures to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license (preferably for delivery driving or forklift operation).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
