Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and productivity targets.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to enhance efficiency and workflow.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Production, Procurement, Sales) and external logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new warehouse strategies and initiatives to support business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
