As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire warehouse and logistics function. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular evaluations.
- Implement and maintain stringent inventory control procedures, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a zero-accident workplace culture.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics, production, and sales teams to align warehouse activities with overall business objectives.
- Analyze current warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
- Manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities, scheduling repairs as needed to prevent downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing or MNC environment.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and logistics regulations in Malaysia.
