In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and inventory accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of edible oil products.
- Implement strict inventory control procedures and conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and train the warehouse team to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to optimize material flow and reduce operational downtime.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the food processing or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Forklift License is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus but not required.
