Shopee, a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our SCommerce team. As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations, from receiving and storage to picking, packing, and dispatching. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all warehouse activities, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Our Operation teams at Shopee cover the complete operational process, from the moment a buyer searches for a product on our platform to the final delivery at their doorstep. As part of this team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments including procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving e-commerce environment and be committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and KPIs
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and best practices in the warehouse
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Proficient in inventory management systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
