Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Assist in managing inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Train and coordinate warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Monitor warehouse conditions and implement improvements for operational efficiency
- Prepare and maintain warehouse records and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems and procedures
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties including lifting, standing for extended periods
