Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily shipping/receiving schedules to ensure timely semiconductor component distribution
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to prevent stock discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and industry-specific handling standards
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation systems
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve shipment delays and quality issues
- Implement lean warehousing principles to reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Forklift certification and knowledge of ESD-safe handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills with staff training and performance management
- Strong analytical abilities for process optimization and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related technical field
- Knowledge of customs regulations for semiconductor components
