We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Workshop to join our professional operations team in Batu Engau, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our workshop operations, ensuring that all technical equipment and machinery are serviced to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will support the Workshop Supervisor in daily tasks, preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure minimal downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Workshop Supervisor in daily operational workflows and technical task management.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on workshop machinery and specialized equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory levels to ensure continuity of repairs.
- Prepare accurate daily progress reports regarding equipment status and workshop efficiency.
- Collaborate with field technicians to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Assist in the scheduling of major machinery overhauls and technical inspections.
- Ensure all tools and workshop assets are accounted for and properly maintained.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a workshop or industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and standard workshop tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Willingness to be based in Batu Engau, Kalimantan Timur.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting purposes is an advantage.
