Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all reporting systems.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Automate data extraction and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role (Associate level).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel (advanced).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between data and business strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
