Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain precise swine feed formulations in alignment with nutritional requirements and cost targets.
- Work in close collaboration with the Lead Nutritionist to analyze raw material quality and nutrient density.
- Monitor and troubleshoot mill production processes to ensure formula integrity and consistency.
- Conduct regular reviews of swine performance data to refine feeding programs and improve growth metrics.
- Assist in the research and evaluation of new feed additives and alternative raw materials.
- Prepare technical reports on nutritional performance and feed safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to maintain high-grade manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or Agriculture (Major in Animal Nutrition).
- Registered Animal Nutritionist or Licensed Agriculturist is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of swine physiology, nutrient requirements, and feed ingredients.
- Proficiency in feed formulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, specialized nutritional modeling software).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable production insights.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and mill floor environments.
