You will work closely with our Senior Nutritionists, gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge feed formulation software, quality control processes, and raw material analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the Lead Nutritionist to develop and maintain optimal swine feed formulations that meet nutritional requirements and cost-efficiency targets.
- Analyze raw material quality and nutritional content to ensure consistency in final feed products.
- Monitor and evaluate field performance data to refine formulation strategies and improve feed conversion ratios.
- Assist in the management of formulation databases and technical documentation for the feed mill plant.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide technical support and ensure proper feeding management practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends in swine nutrition research and agricultural technology.
- Assist in troubleshooting production-related issues linked to feed formulation or raw material variances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a closely related field.
- Registered Agriculturist or relevant professional licensure preferred.
- Strong understanding of swine physiology, digestion, and nutritional requirements at various growth stages.
- Proficiency in feed formulation software and data analysis tools (Excel/Statistical software).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for production teams.
- A proactive mindset with a high attention to detail and rigorous quality control standards.
- Willingness to be based in Capas, Tarlac and travel to farm sites as required.
