- Develop and refine swine feed formulations based on nutritional analysis and animal growth stages.
- Collaborate with the Senior Nutritionist to interpret research data and adjust diet plans accordingly.
- Monitor raw material quality and conduct nutritional analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of feed analysis and formulation documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues within the feed mill to ensure operational efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, new feed additives, and regulatory requirements for animal feed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Proven experience in animal nutrition, preferably within swine production or feed milling.
- Strong knowledge of feed ingredients, biochemistry, and ration balancing.
- Proficiency in using nutrition software (e.g., NDS, FeedMill, or similar systems).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
