Thomson Medical is seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate Application Analyst to join our IT team for a 6-month contract period. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between clinical operations and technology, ensuring our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems run seamlessly. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can maintain and support our critical IT infrastructure while delivering exceptional service to our medical staff and patients.
Your primary focus will be on the implementation, maintenance, and support of our core clinical management systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify technical needs, resolve system issues efficiently, and ensure data integrity across all platforms. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and configure new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) modules and other clinical management systems according to user requirements.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding application errors and system functionalities.
- Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and patching to ensure maximum system stability and security.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to gather requirements and optimize system workflows for better efficiency.
- Conduct data integrity checks and assist in the migration of data between different systems.
- Document technical processes, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for future reference.
- Monitor system performance and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in implementing or supporting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with clinical information systems (HIS) and healthcare IT standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic hospital environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or on-call duties as required by the department.
