In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between management and the project teams, ensuring that our core values and design standards are upheld across all phases of development. You will be instrumental in policy implementation and will lead project teams through complex design challenges, ensuring that every detail aligns with our reputation for quality and innovation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and firm standards.
- Support senior management in the implementation of firm-wide policies and operational workflows.
- Maintain the integrity of the firm's design philosophy and reputation throughout all project stages.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and designers to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and problem-solving.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality outputs within specified constraints.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, design standards, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design development and project management.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit), AutoCAD, and other design visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore building industry, local regulations, and construction practices.
