Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end settlement operations for equities, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments
- Develop and implement settlement policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and regulators to resolve settlement discrepancies
- Monitor settlement systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Lead settlement-related projects, including system upgrades and process automation
- Conduct regular settlement risk assessments and prepare compliance reports
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on settlement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in settlements operations, trade processing, or financial operations
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, settlement systems (e.g., Swift, DTCC), and regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience in risk management and operational compliance in financial institutions
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex settlement issues
- Proficiency in settlement platforms and financial technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across stakeholder groups
