- Oversee and manage settlement operations for the reserve management team
- Implement and enhance settlement processes to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on settlement-related matters
- Monitor and analyze settlement risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare regular reports on settlement operations and performance
- Lead and mentor junior staff in the settlements division
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of settlement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in settlements operations, preferably in a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of payment systems and settlement processes
- Experience working with reserve management or similar treasury functions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or relevant treasury certifications are preferred
