Tanggung Jawab
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings including hearings, depositions, and negotiations
- Manage corporate accounts through contract drafting, due diligence, and compliance advisory
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Prepare and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and corporate filings
- Develop client relationships through regular communication and case updates
- Collaborate with partners on case strategy development and execution
- Maintain case documentation and ensure compliance with procedural requirements
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed attorney in the Philippines
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation and/or corporate law
- Strong analytical and legal research capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal documentation and case management software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Knowledge of Philippine commercial and civil procedure codes
- Professional membership in good standing with the Philippine Bar
