Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization within the contact center.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional process improvements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular audits of current workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency standards are met.
- Support leadership in delivering strategic presentations and business cases for process change.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and communicate project progress effectively.
- Maintain documentation of business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar data-driven operational role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in a BPO or contact center environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
